The Absolutely absolute of an Absolutely absolute!

25th May, I had a half day off from work. April treat me to korean food for lunch. Thereafter we had Spinelli's coffee. I was xplaining to her about this Best PIC feature on my HP. She was telling me this sandwish joint's name has got something to do with KIMONO? well there u have it.. BEST Pic....
well it sure looks good.... unfortunately i was cursing after this. My ball did not launch on a trajectory that is satisfactory to my vision sensory perception. I like to re-iterate again, it doesn't matter if you can't hit the ball. As long as you look good, everything is fine...
Leaders are Born not made.
I was attending a course sent by my company and the facilitator named John Teo was great to watch. He was a skillful magician and the course was a 2 days break from work. I was a thorn among roses well not exactly roses, i was the only guy among 20 odds ladies. Had a great time with the aunties thru-out the 2 days thou.
One of the discussion ended up with me standing and xpresssing my views that i believed leaders are born & not made. John disagree, thereafter i xpress a specific niche on leaders such as LKY. Ah-ha, what im seeking here is the charismatic leader whom is natural rather than nurture. Whom got talents in-built under certain conditions/enviroments will pop out to be a great man. He knew where i'm coming from but he's adament that leaders can be made.
That evening i went home the thought keeps coming back. Is there such a thing post made-leader? someone without the necessary skills but could be taught? Hmm... i brainstorm a little and i'm always the person looking on the BIG picture. So i came out with this little theory of mine. The world is made up of continents and continents are made up of countries and so on and so forth. Any society with have organisations and any organisation will have a definite hierachy structure. So the thing is no matter what, a simple organisation will have a top man(CEO) and the general Clerk. In between there's a whole spectrum of ranks and if you are seated high in the pyramid u will be incharge of more personnel. So there's no such thing as a trained leader, this fake leader is a manufactured idea by the organisation. First of all they create this position because hierachy exist and there's a need for rank struture. But they are never true leaders because they exist due to a need in hierachy. They exist for the bureaucrats and the only function they have is CONTROL. Unfortunately i had witness a real scenario where the top man resign for greener pasture and someone from the bottom would take over. He is at the right place at the right time? you bet.... LEADERs r Born... not MADE...

Precepts, RAC, Dual Core & my cute Nephew
On 1st of May i went to queens range to meet Dennis and Ian for range practice, sold Ian my present golf Precepts golf set @ $330. I thought it was a good pricing for Ian considering it comes with Driver,3,5 wood , full iron set with cart bag and it is only 6 mths old. I wouldn't have sold it if i wasn't looking for something more powerful to allevate my game. My 1st choice was the cobra Carbon CB Irons which happens to have a steep pricing of $1.1k. We had lunch that day and Dennis suggested that i gave creative golf a call to check if it's open on that day and we could drive down to check it out. We arrived 10 mins later and basically majority of the clubs are second hand or on consignment. Only a few are brand new. I tried out a few clubs from mizuno, NIke etc and ended with with Taylormade Rac Steel shaft Irons, that happen to be my second choice. It about time i try out a steel shaft irons and with a pricing of $550 i only need to top up slightly. Well few days later i went to the range and hit some real nasty balls. can't launch the ball as high as i wanted and can't seems to hit the sweet spot. Guess it's back to the text books again.
I spent the enitre week after range practice fixing my new PC as i had to give my old P4 2Ghz wif 1 G RAM to my bro. It was giving me such a headache on wondering what's wrong with it as it can't even start the initial read up on MB. Spent 2 days on trial & error and finally found the problem with one of the Rams. IHAd to fix up 2 PCs so you could imagine how messy my room is. Went Sim Lim and shop for upgrades and ended up with new Bundle MB+3.2GHz Dual core @ $478 including a coolmaster power Sup. My ordeal ended and with a 4 hour run time on 2 PCs running concurrently. I had to fix it and get it done with so that i could leave my room neat to play my guitar again. The technological delay is killing my creative vibes.
Jam with Chris on Sat again and he had shown me Depapepe's wedding bell first
phase. Im beginning to like the way i do the harmonics. This fingerstyle is kicking ass and i hope we could be able to perform a depapepe's piece soon. Well i'm going off soon to meet CHris and hopefully Raymond up at new Creation @ suntec but the weather doesn't look good. Tonite finaly EPL game, let's hope it's a Robbie Fowler farewell party!! Cheers....

What a Weekend!! Kimura's Drama finally Arrives in 2 Disc!
Sat was spent at Warren Country Club with Dennis the Menace trying out his KING COBRA S9. The Hottest property in golfing world. It's my first time at Warren and it's looks pretty decent on the golf course and the range. Of coz we are far off from being rich to be a members however the range was open to the public. 2nd reason it's near my place and i get the xclusive drive in and the parking was FOC. The Mat was thick n new and it's easy to get the ball in flight, i try out my Precept clubs b4 i try on Denni's Cobras. They were Fierce.. way cool deep thick cavity on the back. I made a few swings with clubs and most were caught on the sweet spot. Went home after that with much satisfaction.
I had the privilege to be watching Takuya's Latest Drama and the Drama that i had miss out previously. This is by far one of the intriguing drama after "SLeeping forest". 1 Suspense Story + 3 Pretty Babes. I ask for 2 but i got 4. The title was "one out of a million stars" and i check out the latest Drama that kelly had lend to me and i can't believe the footage it contains. The Scenery was exemplifying. It looks gooood, i don't know shit about films but the so call "cinematography" was excellent. I had to sms Ray(happens to be a fanatic) about the shows.
Sunday i was with Yap, we jam from 4-7pm. It's the first time we jam English, Mandarin and Canto songs with him. Hilarious and funny, we try out songs from Smashing pumpkins, u2, Depeche mode, Norah JOnes, Jacky Cheung, Eric Clapton Etc. It was by far an En hoc session and Yap was as spontaneous as ever. We were xperimenting on the Digital Recorder "Zoom H4" with built in Condenser MIc. We recorded about 10 songs and soon enough i will post 1-2 songs on the blog which i got no idea how to. Yap's Mum made pumpkin rice so i had dinner that night and we chatted on the dining table. We finish off the last segment of Isato's "Clarence" which i was determine to learn it by today. We ended our evening with tea at East coast. now im listening to myself with the recorded tracks, i think i sound weird singin english songs... hmm.. how do i get the mp3 onto my blog....

'Dr Love' educates on sex, diet, travel in new magazine
Associated Press October 18, 2006SINGAPORE By TANALEE SMITH THE two young women in short, red dresses and white go-go boots attracted stares from the lunchtime crowd in Singapore's busy Raffles Place financial district.
Carrying a lollipop sign reading, "Better Sex at Love Airways magazine," they asked passers-by to stop and take a sexual habits survey. They had few takers; most people politely avoided them - not a surprise in Singapore, a tightly controlled city-state with a straight-laced reputation and a love of conservative "Asian values."
But the women's boss Wei Siang Yu, aka Dr Love, believes Singaporeans are actually open-minded when it comes to sex, and are certain to take to his new "adult edutainment" magazine.
"We haven't been modern in the way we talk about sex," said Wei, 37, his trademark thick square glasses pushed up on his forehead. "Love Airways is a community platform to get it all out there, to talk about the new ways sex can evolve."
The magazine - to hit newsstands at the end of the month at S$4.50 (US$2.85; €2.25) - follows Wei's late-night sex-advice television program of the same name, which achieved moderate popularity late last year.
The magazine's reception may provide intimate insight into this wealthy island republic of 4.2 million, where sexual activity has in recent years ranked among the lowest in worldwide Internet surveys by condom maker Durex.
Singapore bans pornography, but does allow sex shops that sell a wide range of products.
Love Airways is not pornographic; the few nude photographs in the first issue are artsy shots in heavy shadow.
The country's Media Development Board, which issues magazine licenses, does not vet local publications, but can withdraw a license if a magazine receives too many complaints.
Wei acknowledged he may have to self-censor in order to keep his license.
The magazine covers a broad range of topics, with articles on vaginal surgery, diets to maintain healthy sperm and eggs, and reviews of Japanese sex hotels.
"Singaporeans are becoming more open, less black and white," he insists, saying he has received thousands of text messages from people asking for help in improving their sex lives.
But under the glare of the noonday sun in Raffles Square, Singaporeans did not seem ready to share.
"Sure, it's refreshing in the Singapore context," bank employee Nate Yong, 32, said of Dr. Love's efforts. But he refused the young women's request to take the survey, saying he had stopped only because they were attractive.
However, he said he planned to buy the magazine's first issue to see what it was all about. "Singapore needs to be shaken up a bit," he said.
