Ido Portal - The motivating Guru

Ido Portal Ido is a movement artist and teacher that offers a unique, holistic perspective on movement-health-performance using his knowledge in nutrition, exercise physiology, anatomy and various body-mind systems.

At a young age he studied the Afro-Brazilian Capoeira, thereafter among other subjects, Ido has researched Gymnastics, Boxing, Dance and movement, Rock Climbing, Yoga and various Martial Arts . Drawing upon these various practices, Ido has formulated his own approach to teaching movement and the development of various physical capacities as well as well as how the body should be moved, what should it be fed and so on. Hope the video will motivate and inspire those that want to get their butt moving to exercise, to lose weight ; go on a health diet, etc.

A tribute to George Carlin, one of the greatest comedian of all time

George Denis Patrick Carlin (May 12, 1937 – June 22, 2008) was an American stand up comedian, social critic, actor/ author that has won 5 grammy awards for his comedy albums. A gifted presenter whom gave direct in your face comments on politics, religion and various taboo subjects. His wits' and humor will make anybody fall off the chair. Carlin receive a life time achievement award on the 15th annual American comedy awards. Though he may no longer take centre stage, his legacy shall last forever, his humor miss by many.
