The Minix Neo G4 is a mini PC, a fully functional computer. Why waste $500 bucks or 1k if your needs are only for surfing net and playing simple games. The Minix comes only with one USB port, but that is no problem as long as you get a powered USB hub. Minix uses the Android operating system. For USD $70 (Amazon) it draws much less power compare to a T Rex Desktop.
